Shipping Information & Costs

Shipments are made throughout Greece within two working days with a partner courier or shipping company, but also in most European countries.

Within Greece:

• free for purchases over 100€
• 5€ for purchases under 100€, regardless of the payment method.

Within Europe:

You can contact us to get more information about shipping and shipping costs.

You can also pick up your order from the store. In this case the shipping cost is free. Before you go through our store please call us to make sure your order is ready.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

In case the products you received do not meet your expectations, you can return them in accordance with the terms we list below.

Return Terms

• The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the application for return should not exceed 15 calendar days.
• The product to be returned must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.
• The product should be in its original condition, not been violated or used, otherwise it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
• Shipping costs for the return of the products are charged to the customer, unless it is about a defective product or our mistake.
• Returns are not accepted for products of the category ” Last Items”.

Refunds

No refunds are accepted for any product.
You may contact us within 15 calendar days from the purchase date if you want to exchange your product, with its purchase receipt or invoice, for another one of equal value.

Purchase Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only prior to shipping.
